By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples,

if ye have love one to another

John 13:35

As one who proudly confesses his Apostolic roots, and his Pentecostal experience, I know in turn the world is looking for more than a shout and a dance. While one time we thought we had a monopoly on tongues and the outward expressions of praising God, but not so, everyone is dancing, everyone is speaking in tongues, but is everyone showing love.

As one who have been called to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in unique way, to teach that which the church finds taboo, and to reach out to those that church has wounded, the Lord has instructed me to teach His Agape love while others teach prosperity and the get rich gospel. The Lord told me that though He is a God of prosperity, the world is not impressed. But it is by showing His love, not by tongues, not by prophecy, not by the holy dance, not by water baptism, but by showing the love of God.

So from time to time, I will share stories that I find or hear about that will show the “Agape” love of God. After all, this A Place Called Agape.
